Application of leg pressurization in lower limb phlebography
Description
Objective: To discuss the value of leg pressurization manifesting vena iliaca in lower limb phlebography. Methods: 61 patients were examined with lower limb phlebography by using LCV+ type of DSA(GE Medical Systems)machine and Bolus chase digital collection mode. Results: Of 61 cases with bolus chase lower limb phlebography, vena iliaca imagings were good in 42 cases and not good in 19, which accounted by 31.15%, Then, by using leg pressurization, vena iliaca imagings were good in these 19 cases. Conclusion: Leg pressurization in lower limb phlebography could provide good imaging of vena iliaca, which is an effective and additional way in the bolus chase lower limb phlebography. (authors)
