Description

Full text: Radioactive pollution of the environment influences ability of plants to live. Photosynthetic functions in plants are more sensitive to these influences. Processes of photosynthesis in the high plants take place in chloroplasts - specialized energytransportingfering orqanells of vegetative cell. Chloroplast is a spatially non-uniform structure under whose shell are thylakoids. Electron transporting and AOP-syntaz complexes of the photosynthetic apparatus are located in thylakoid membranes. Grans- thylakoids closely pressed to each other, are usually formed in stroma. Continuation of some hylakoids of grans is represented by stromal thylakoids. Influence of intensity of light on kinetics of electronic transport in chloroplasts is considered. For description of these processes we shall take the following variables: P+700 (r, t) = [P+700] - local concentration of oxidized reaction centers fotosistem 1 (FS 1); Pc (r, t) [Pc] - local concentration of oxidized plastosianin; Q (r, t) = [Q] - local concentration of oxidized plastochinon. Let's count, that complexes FS 1, containing reaction centers P700, are rigidly fixed in a membrane of stromal thylakoids and plastochinon and plastosianin can diffuse in lateral direction in a membrane and in the thylakoid space respectively. In this case the system of equations describing changes of oxidation - regenerative transformations in electronic carriers. Influence of radioactive pollution on electron transport chain of the photosynthesis is characterized in mathematical model by changes of constants speeds
