Crystal structure of YBa2Cu3O7-x

Description

The crystal structure of YBa2Cu3O7-x monocrystal grown from a melt was studied. The critical superconducting transition temperature was Tc = 83±1 K. The crystal structure of YBa2Cu3O7-x at room temperature and 91 K belongs to Pmmm sp.gr. Coordinates of atoms and interatomic distances are given. At T = 293 K a = 3.810(1); b = 3.888 (1); c = 11.662(2) A; at T = 91 K; a = 3.826(1); b = 3.879 (2); c = 22.606 (2) A. The Tc dependence on X value is presented. 1 ref
