Description
Recent measurements of the lifetimes of the tau leptons and charm (D0, D+, F+) and beauty Λsub(c)sup(+), triple bond sub(c)sup(+), Ωsub(c)sup(0) hadrons are reviewed and their significance for the couplings of the charged weak current, flavour mixing, and models relating quark to hadron decay are discussed. 70 refs
