Process analysis in the building material industry by means of open sources (radionuclides)
Description
To intensify continuous production processes, the knowledge of the transport and the mixing of the material is of great importance. Radionuclides can be advantageously used for this. Short-lived radionuclides are preferably used and they should be produced in radionuclide generators if possible. The development of a barium-lanthanum generator and the application of generator nuclides for process investigations in the building material industry are described. (author)
