The influence of particle sizes on the oxidation kinetics of AgSn alloys studied by Moessbauer spectroscopy
- 1. La Plata Univ. Nacional (Argentina). Dept. de Fisica
Description
The influence of particle sizes on the oxidation kinetics in annealed and 'as-rolled' silver base 1 at% tin alloys was investigated by Moessbauer spectroscopy. The results show that it is possible, by controlling the oxide particle size to modify the internal oxidation kinetics, indicating that the oxygen diffusion can be altered by that means
