Superconducting transition-temperature widths in neutron-irradiated single-crystal V3Si
Creators

Description
The superconducting transition temperature T/sub c/ and its width ΔT/sub c/ were determined for neutron-irradiated V3Si for various fluences phit, using heat-capacity and resistivity measurements. It was found that, although the two determination do not give identical results, in both cases ΔT/sub c/ increases with fluence indicating the inhomogeneous nature of the damage
