Heat capacity and thermodynamic properties of A32B25 compounds

Description
Mechanical and thermodynamical characteristics of Zn3P2, Cd3P2, Zn3As2 and Cd3As2 have been determined on the basis of measurements of heat capacity and sound velocities in the temperature range 55-300 deg K. Analysis of experimental data indicates heat capacity values to agree with differences of characteristic Debye temperatures and the strength of interatomic bonds in Cd and Zn phosphides to be greater than in arsenides
