Efficiency of THz radiation generation in skin layer of metal increases significantly when a dielectric nanolayer is deposited on metal surface. Additional opportunity to increase generation efficiency is to use a weakly focused laser pulse with a duration exceeding the inverse collision frequency in metal

Эффективность генерации ТГц излучения в скин-слое металла значительно возрастает при нанесении нанослоя диэлектрика на металлическую поверхность. Дополнительная возможность увеличения эффективности генерации возникает при использовании слабо сфокусированного импульса с длительностью, превышающей обратную частоту столкновений в металле
