The influence of nuclear interaction in the dμ7Be molecule

Description
The μ-molecular resonances dμ7Be and pμ8Be(2+) as four body systems are considered. The possible long-range (on a nuclear scale) character of the strong interaction which drives the nuclear transition dμ7Be → pμ8Be(2+). The probability of such a process is estimated. 7 refs., 3 figs., 2 tabs
