Combination treatment in moderately advanced head and neck cancer

Description
A combination of chemotherapy, radiation therapy and surgery employed in a group of 58 patients of moderately advanced head and neck cancer showed that combination therapy could be useful in obtaining a better percentage of tumour control. (author)
