Monte Carlo variation reduction to obtain low energy spectra X ray

Description
The x ray spectra had been generate by Panalitical PW-2185/00 geometry tube following the IEC 61267 recommendations, between 10 to 50 keV energy range, this spectra will be used to evaluated the corrections factors. Those spectra were obtained using the reduction variation available at the PENeasy program. (author)
