Description

The Raman spectra of bis-2-ethylhexylphosphorodithioic acid and its salts of elements of subgroups Ga, As, Ge, and also of some transitional metals in the region of 400-1200 cm+1 have been investigated. It has been established, that only in spectra of acid and salts of cations with external electrons structure 18+2 there is a band in the region 500-700 cm-1. The band has been interpreted. It has been suggested that the configuration of external layers plays the principle role in its appearance. The correlation between the degree of depolarisation integral intensity and the degree of covalent bond-metal-ligand in the range of investigated salts has been stated
