The information obtained by combined computed tomography and sequential scintiscanning in the diagnosis of cerebral vascular processes is detailed enough to make invasive diagnoses by cerebral angiography either wholly unnecessary or to permit a highly specific and selective use of the latter method. Der Informationswert der kombinierten computertomographischen und sequenzszintigraphischen Untersuchung ist bei der Diagnose zerebraler Gefaessprozesse so weitreichend, dass entweder auf eine invasive Kontrastmitteldiagnostik mittels einer zerebralen Angiographie gaenzlich verzichtet oder ein sehr spezielles gezieltes Vorgehen geplant werden kann.
