Description
Paper describes a new procedure to synthesize a pharmaceutical containing 211At. 211At- anion was found to bind strongly with Rh3+ cation complexing with a thio-ether ligand - 1,5,9,13-tetratiacyclohexadecane-3,11-diol (16-S4-diol). One made use of 131I isotope to seek for the optimal conditions of the reaction. The derived complexes were studied by means of the paper electrophoresis, the ion exchange, the surface chromatography. One studied the kinetics of 131I- anion binding with Rh(16-S4-diol), the dependence of the yield of 131I-Rh(16-S4-diol) forming complex on the temperature. the acidity of the reaction mixture and the concentration of the reagents. On the basis of the determined conditions of the synthesis one prepared 211At-Rh(16-S4-diol) complex by more astatide (211At-) to the equivalent amounts of RhCl3 and tetra-thio-ether (16-S4-diol). Abstract (Russian)
Предлагается новый метод синтеза фармпрепарата, содержащего 211At. Найдено, что анион 211At- образует прочную связь с катионом Rh3+, входящим в комплекс с тиоэфирным лигандом - 1,5,9,13-тетратиациклогексадекан-3,11-диолом (16-S4-diol). Поиски оптимальных условий реакции выполнены с изотопом 131I. Полученные комплексы изучены методами бумажного электрофореза, ионного обмена, тонкослойной хроматографии. Изучены кинетика присоединения аниона 131I- к Rh(16-S4-diol), зависимость выхода образующегося комплекса 131I-Rh(16-S4-diol) от температуры, кислотности реакционной смеси и концентрации реагентов. Исходя из найденных условий синтеза комплекс 211At-Rh(16-S4-dioI) получен при добавлении астатида (211At-) к эквивалентным количествам RhCl3 и тет-ратиоэфира (16-S4-diol).
