Climatic adaptation at what price. What is the cost of adaptation to climatic changes and what is the cost of passivity

The presentation gives a brief survey of effects of climatic changes in Norway for the agriculture, forestry, fisheries, oceans, water supplies, snow and ice conditions, the polar areas and for biologic variety. Various adaptations in nature and in society are discussed. The possibilities of natural disasters and counter measures are discussed as well as what risk level may be acceptable.
