Description
Medium spin states of 95,97Mo(Z=42,N=53,55) nuclei have been investigated through the 82Se(18O,xn) reaction at Eb=60 MeV. In 95Mo, excited states upto 7.5 MeV have been studied in the present experiment. A significant modification of the existing level scheme has been suggested. The negative parity level sequence of 97Mo has been extended to 8.6 MeV. The experimental data for both the nuclei have been compared with the theoretical results from shell model and particle rotor model calculations
