Technical note on the modalities of application at the district level of the convention signed between the EPRUS and establishments of pharmaceutical distribution within the frame of measures of the inter-ministerial circular nr DGS/DUS/DSC/2011/64 of the 11 July 2011 related to the arrangement for potassium iodide pill storage and distribution outside of areas covered by a specific intervention plan (PPI)

Description

After having recalled the scope of the convention (modalities of receipt, storage, provisioning of potassium iodide pills, modalities of preparation and transport of these pills, and modalities of coordination between establishments of pharmaceutical distribution on the one hand, and the EPRUS of the prefect on the other hand), this technical note describes storage conditions (constraints related to the product nature, location of storage sites, duty constraint, execution delays and conditions, operation modalities for the actors), execution modalities (storage service, destocking and provisioning services, resupply in case of emergency), and modalities of provisioning of distribution sites. It also addresses the maintenance of the list of distribution sites, the daily control of stock situation, the organisation of exercises, the case of a degraded procedure, and safety and confidentiality issues
