Using of the surface activation method for enhancement of machine realibility

A surface activation method is described for controlling the wear of units and details, allowing one to measure the wear at continuous operation of the mechanism by any program. The main advantages of the surface activation method for the wear tests are shown. By means of that method it was possible to develop a simultaneous controlling conjugate detail wear, and a method of different-activity brands, as well as the method for repeated activation of details.
