Description
After a presentation of the various mainly environmental motivations, this publication presents the content of the law which is to be introduced in different codes. The different articles define the 'ecocide' crime, exclude persons convicted of ecocide from public markets, define the criminal offence of negligence, exclude persons convicted of such a negligence from public markets, define the non-applicability of statutory limitation for the ecocide crime, and foresee the doubling of sanctions already existing in the Code of the Environment
