Geochronology of the Pre-Cambrian of the Ukrainian Shield

Description

The facts of isotopic dating of geological formations of the Ukrainian shield using the U-Pb method for accessor zircons and the Rb-Sr isochronous method for rocks and their interpretation are given. On the basis of the obtained data the correlation scheme of metamorphism, granitite formation and paleovolcanism of big stratigraphic subdivisions of separate blocks is considered
