Description
This paper reports on the thermal decomposition in helium and high-temperature oxidation in air of TiH2, ZrH2, HfH2, TiCxHy and ZrNiH3, Zr2NiH5, ZrCoH3, Zr2CoH5 that were studied. Hydrogen diffusion, phase transitions, etc. on particles surface due to oxidation were established to affect the decomposition and oxidation kinetics
