Chiral symmetry restoration and deconfinement in the CPsup(N) model with fermions

Description
The finite-temperature CPsup(N) model with fermions is analysed in the large-N limit. There is a well-defined transition temperature, Tsub(c), above which chiral symmetry and the anomalous U(1) symmetry are restored and the theta-dependence vanishes. Above Tsub(c) there is a dissolving of fermion bound states and one obtains a ''plasma phase''. (orig.)
