Description
A 250W, 150MHz solid-state RF power amplifier has been developed at Electronics Division, BARC. The amplifier will be used for the conditioning of super conducting cavities of linear accelerator at TIFR, which is a BARC and TIFR joint project. It combines the power outputs of two identical 150W power modules using a quadrature hybrid combiner. (author)
