Non-stoichiometry of alkaline earth metal oxides
Description
Generalyzed and analyzed are experimental data on diviations from stoichiometry of alkaline earth metal oxides (MO) with the help of thermodynamic methods. Plotted are the p-T-x diagram of BaO and diagrams of equilibrium of atomic eigendefects in BaO and SrO. The problem of interrelation of surface properties of MO crystals with their capability to electron emission is considered
