Decay kinetics of silica glass defect centers in the radiation field of pulse-periodic excimer laser

Nonexponential dependences of photodecay yield of oxygen-deficient centers (ODC) in quartx glasses under the effect of laser radiation with λ=248 nm were obtained in experiments. The decisive role of electron traps during afterpulse ODC recombination was shown
