Description
The paper presents an in depth study of the forward and backward pseudorapidity correlations for pions and protons produced in a 12C -emulsion interaction at 4.5 A · GeV/c. The angular distribution of protons and the pseudorapidity distribution of pions are pictured. The asymmetry parameter (A) and the forward - backward ratio (F/B) are shown as a function of the number of heavy particles (nh). (author). 5 refs., 1 tab., 4 figs
