SiC Coatings on Graphite Spheres

[Automatisch extrahiert und übersetzt] Im Rahmen des Entwicklungsvorhabens 'Beschichtete HTR-Brennelemente' werden Graphitkugeln mit keramischen Schutzschichten (SiC) versehen. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird über die verwendeten Materialien, über die Beschichtungstechnik und über die Korrosionstests an solchen beschichteten Kugeln berichtet. Die Ergebnisse der Korrosionsversuche zeigen, dass im hohen Temperaturbereich (1000 °C bis 1500 °C) verschieden hergestellte SiC-Schichten ohne wesentliche Beschädigungen geblieben sind. Für den kritischen Temperaturbereich 700 °C - 1000 °C wurde durch Korrosionsversuche festgestellt, dass nur einige wärmevorbehandelte Schichten aus SiSiC als Korrosionsschutz auf A3-3 Graphitkugeln wirksam waren. Eine gleichmäßige Qualität dieser Beschichtungen muss noch im Laufe der weiteren Entwicklung erreicht werden.Files
