Sintering of boron silicate ore with sodium and limestone

Description
Present article is devoted to sintering of boron silicate ore with sodium and limestone. The decomposition of danburite ore by sodium and limestone at combined sintering at temperature interval 500-900 deg C has been studied. The dependences of extraction rate of B2O3, Al2O3, Fe2O3 from the composition of boron comprising ore-danburite with sodium and limestone on sintering temperature, process duration of sintering and ratio of danburite/mixture (sodium, limestone) have been studied as well. The optimal conditions of decomposition of danburite ore by sodium and limestone at combined sintering have been proposed.
