Tomsk-7 accident: the most serious accident since Chernobyl

Seven years after Chernobyl radiation accident, Russian Federation has known a new accident with the explosion of a radioactive waste container in Tomsk-7 nuclear military plant. There was no victim but this accident has recalled the important and alarming decay of russian nuclear plants. This article describes the circumstances of this accident
