Cyg X-3 object-super high-energy gamma pulsar with a period of 9.22 ms

Description
The equipment for detection of the precize time of the Cherenkov flare from extensive air showers with the energy ≥ 2x1012 eV was developed in the Crimean astrophysical observatory of the USSR Academy of Sciences. It is shown that Cyg X-3 object has a pulsar rotating with the period of 9.22.090 ms (for 28.09.1978) (baricentric period) and emitting superhigh-energy γ-quanta. This is the second object in our Galaxy after the pulsar in the Crab Nebula. The flux of γ-quanta with the energy ≥1012 eV in the pulse equals 2x10-11 cm-2xs-1 and the average in the period 1.3x10-11 cm-2xs-1. As regards the percentage to the cosmic ray background the flux of 27.09-28.09 1978 is (5.6±2.5)% and the average global effect is (7.1±2.5)%. Thus, pulsating radiation is a considerable part of the global flux, if not the whole flux
