U-Ra equilibrium coefficient and uranium species imbalance of sandstone type uranium deposit in Dongsheng area
- 1. Beijing Research Institute of Uranium Geology, Beijing (China)
Description
Zhiluo group rock and ore samples U-Ra equilibrium coefficient shows that rock U-Ra balanced spectra distribution take on the multi-spectral distribution character, the overall trend is Kp > 1, and the overall is partial to Ra. Ore samples U-Ra equilibrium coefficient spectrum distribution have single-peak distribution character, and the overall is partial to uranium. Studies of the uranium species imbalance show that the 234U/238U, 230Th/238U activity ratio in different locations of interlamination oxidation zone have a certain regularity in the corresponding space. Activity ratio index can be considered as the indicator of estimating the uranium ore body location and zoning redox zone. (authors)
