Low energy ion irradiation of the solids

Description
The results of studies of titanium alloys structural and mechanical properties after low-energy ion-beam treatment are presented. The dependences of microdeformation values and crystalline block size on irradiation dose are revealed. The origin of dislocation density changes in surface layers are discussed

Приведены результаты исследований структуры и механических свойств титановых сплавов после низкоэнергетической ионной обработки.
