Beam diagnostics developments for the new high current linac of GSI

Description
For commissioning of the new IH-RFQ as well as the new IH-DTL structure, a mobile test bench was equipped with a set-up of newly designed beam diagnostics. The most important features of all measuring systems, including data processing and evaluation are discussed. Relevant beam parameters in the 6-dimensional phase space have been measured. Results from the high current commissioning of the upgraded section of the UNILAC at GSI are reported
