The properties of porous tungsten and molybdenum at high temperature

Description

The results are given of determining monochromatic epsilon sub(lambda), integral epsilon radiating capacity, electric resistance rho, heat conduction chi of molybdenum with porosity 20 and 25% obtained by the method of hydrostatic pressing within the temperature range 300-28000K. Physico-mechanical properties (modules of normal elasticity E, modulus of transverse elasticity M, Poisson coefficient μ, strength properties in tension compression) to 32000K and heat conduction at the temperatures lower than 13000K were studied for porous tungsten (25%)
