Description

The HF-system of the VEPP-5 cooler-storage consists of the HF-capacity source, circulator, waveguide channel and resonator for 700 MHz. Description of the resonator basic nodes: waveguide-coaxial transitions, capacity input, frequency control is presented. The results of their parameters measurement are discussed. The results of measuring the higher modes spectrum in the resonator are reported. The results of the resonator tests are presented

Abstract (Russian)

ВЧ-система накопителя-охладителя ВЭПП-5 состоит из источника ВЧ-мощности, циркулятора, волноводного тракта и резонатора на 700 МГц. Приводится описание основных узлов резонатора: волноводно-коаксиальных переходов, ввода мощности, подстройки частоты. Обсуждаются результаты измерений их параметров. Представлены результаты измерений спектра высших мод в резонаторе. Приводятся результаты испытаний резонатора
