Dependence of the fission-barrier heights of transactinium nuclei of the nucleon composition
Description
Fission-barrier-height systematics connected with the characteristics of the stability valley is developed for ground-state nuclei with Z≥90 and deformations δ0--0.25. The rms deviation of 64 fission-barrier heights B/sub f/, measured in various reactions, from the values obtained in calculations in which only one free parameter was used is 175 keV, which corresponds to the experimental errors in the determination of the B/sub f/
