Superconductive materials. Structural mechanisms and nano-structures of some mixed skeletons oxides
Description
Two families of superconductive crystals are described: the phosphate bronze of tungsten family [Ax(P2O4)2(WO3)2m or (PO2)4(WO3)2m or Ax(PO2)4(WO3)2m] and the cuprate family [(ACuO3-x)m(AO)n] where A is a cation. Recognition, expectation and effect on the physical properties of the non-stoichiometry mechanisms in nano-structure are studied by transmission electron microscopy. (A.B.). 20 figs
