Quasi-two-dimensional model of laser on copper vapors of the big diameter

Description

Spatial quasi-two-dimensional (r,z) model of laser on copper vapors of the big diameter is developed. Full set of equations of heat transfer and conservation of different (charged and neutral) components, Maxwell equations and medium electron energy balance equation in the case of different frequencies of impulses are solved. The model includes plasmochemical and neutral kinetics in H2/HCl/Cu/Ne mixtures. Detailed vibration-rotating kinetics of H2 permits to explain radial redistribution of laser power, wall temperature increasing, prepulses decreasing of temperature and density of electrons in discharge with hydrogen

Abstract (Russian)

Разработана пространственно квазидвумерная (r,z) модель лазера на парах меди большого диаметра. Решается полный набор уравнений переноса тепла и сохранения различных (заряженных и нейтральных) компонент, уравнений Максвелла и уравнение баланса средней электронной энергии при различных частотах импульсов. Модель включает плазмохимическую и нейтральную кинетику в смесях H2/HCl/Cu/Ne. Детальная колебательно-вращательная кинетика H2 позволила объяснить радиальное перераспределение лазерной мощности, повышение температуры стенки, уменьшение предимпульсных температуры и плотности электронов в разряде с водородом
