Integration of the professional education programs and programs for specialized training in the area of nuclear technologies

The presentation discusses the development of the relations of the specialized schools and universities with the industry. These relation can contribute to the education and training by providing a real equipment for training purposes, use of the educational tools at the existing training centers and thus shortening the time for the initial specialization of the staff, after their appointment at a nuclear facility.
