Tritium removing and recovering device

Description

The present invention has an object of decreasing the concentration of tritium generated upon inspection of equipments of a heave water cleanup system in an advanced-type converter reactor (ATR). A tritium filtration device is connected to circulating pipelines of a tritium generation equipment to recover tritium in the equipment, as well as a tritium adsorbing portion is incorporated in the tritium filtration device and an air circulation device for circulating tritium steams by way of the filtration device is disposed. With such a constitution, tritium in the tritium generation device is adsorbed by the adsorbing portion to decrease the concentration thereof. Accordingly, outfits to be used during operation can be reduced thereby enabling to improve an operator's operation efficiency. (T.M.)
