Description

A 3 MeV, 30 kW DC Electron accelerator is under development for commissioning at Electron Beam Centre, Khargar, Navi Mumbai for various industrial applications. Toroidal coils wound on iron cores have been designed to generate X-Y Field required to correct beam deviation in a propagation length of approximately 7 meters. This paper highlights the advantages of these coils from physical and mechanical perspectives
