Design of HIRFL vacuum remote control system

Description

In order to meet the requirement of HIRFL-CSR on HIRFL vacuum system, to achieve the goal of remote control and more effective operation, such a remote control system is designed and realized. A special designed vacuum controller VAC600 based on MSP430F149 which is used in HIRFL vacuum remote control system is briefly introduced. The hardware circuit and software program of the controller are given briefly. The vacuum equipments can be monitored and controlled remotely via Intranet. (authors)
