Thermal desorption of hydrogen from 12Kh18N10T stainless steel containing radiogenic helium

Description
For studying the influence of radiogenic helium on parameters of hydrogen interaction with a structural material and its microstructure the experiments on hydrogen thermodesorption from diverse samples of stainless steel 12Kh18N10T were conducted. One of the samples was subjected to normalizing vacuum annealing and treatment with tritium at a pressure of 500 atm and temperature 773 K for 16 hours with subsequent allowance to stand for a period required for accumulation of 3He assigned concentration. A peak at ∼950 K was revealed in the hydrogen desorption spectra of the sample, which is induced by radiogenic helium. The character of hydrogen state relating to the peak is discussed. Changes in the steel microstructure induced by the presence of helium, as well as influence of the changes on hydrogen interaction parameters, were considered

С целью изучения влияния радиогенного гелия на параметры взаимодействия водорода с конструкционным материалом и его микроструктуру проведены эксперименты по термодесорбции водорода из различных образцов нержавеющей стали 12Х18Н10Т. Один из образцов подвергали нормализирующему вакуумному отжигу, обработке тритием при давлении 500 атм и температуре 773 K в течение 16 часов с последующей выдержкой в течение времени, необходимого для накопления заданной концентрации 3He. В спектрах термодесорбции водорода для этого образца обнаружен пик при ∼950 K, который связан с радиогенным гелием. Обсуждается характер состояния водорода, связанного с этим пиком. Рассмотрены изменения в микроструктуре стали, вызванные присутствием гелия, а также влияние этих изменений на параметры взаимодействия с водородомFiles
