Description
Perturbation calculation in reactor physics requires the neutron adjoint eigenvalue equation. The mathematical adjoint equation not the physical adjoint equation, is required for nodal method, but it is rather too difficult to solve the former. The author deduces the mathematical adjoint equation for the nodal Green's function method, and proposes a strict iteration solution strategy, which can get its solution in almost the same computation time as that for the corresponding forward equation
