Minister of Environment decree about detailed principles of creation of limited use area about nuclear facility with indication of confinements in its use

The decree refers to detailed principles of creation of limited use area around of nuclear facilities, created in such manner that the annual dose outside this area to be not higher than 0.3 mSv. On the limited use area it is inadmissible to built residential buildings and public service objects and to cultivate crops for consumption or to pasture
