Critical structure of ceramics Tl2Ba2CaCu2OyF2x (x=0; 0,05)

Description

Structure peculiarities and superconducting properties of ceramic samples Tl2Ba2CaCu2OyF2x (x = 0,0; 0,05) were examined. Thallium samples containing ceramics were prepared of barium peroxide, barium difluoride and thallium, copper and calcium oxides. With fluorine addition lattice compression happened. Decrease of lattice parameters in sample with x=0,05 confirms a hypothesis of oxygen replacement by fluorine. Partial replacement of oxygen by fluorine in high-tc superconductor phase brings about an improvement of superconducting and transport properties, resulting from charge carrier density change in Cu-O planes
