Spin-lattice relaxation and Knight shift on protons in hydrogen doped H0.2La1.8Sr0.2CuO4 superconducting system

Description
Measurements of the rate of spin-lattice relaxation and Knight shift on protons in hydrogen doped H0.2La1.8Sr0.2CuO4 superconducting samples were conducted in 4.2 - 300 k range. Anomalous behaviour of the rate of spin-lattice relaxation in the region of low temperatures. T ∼ 20 K was revealed. The model, explaining the occurrence of regions, depleted with carriers, was constructed. It is based on formation of charge defect-proton. 17 refs., 3 figs
