Energy diagnosis in the industry. Help in choosing a service: criteria and reference texts

This article begins with a history of energy diagnosis as well as some Rational Energy Use basics. It presents the main steps in an energy diagnosis for an industrial company, and the expected results. The article outlines the company's knowledge to improve its energy management: different energy balances, lists of energy equipment and uses, calculations of Energy Performance Indicators, the energy savings actions implementation to improve the energy situation, the action plan. Different reference texts are cited, the two most important of which are described: the most comprehensive French energy diagnostic repository (BP X 30-120) and the European energy audit standard (NF EN 16247). The stakes, the actors, the financial aids complete this presentation
Abstract (French)
Cet article debute par un historique du diagnostic energetique ainsi que certaines notions de base sur l'utilisation rationnelle de l'energie URE. Il presente ensuite les principales etapes d'un diagnostic energetique pour une entreprise industrielle, ainsi que les resultats qu'elle peut en attendre. L'article expose les connaissances acquises par l'entreprise pour ameliorer sa gestion de l'energie: les differents bilans energetiques, les listes d'equipements et d'usages energetiques, les calculs d'indicateurs de performance energetique IPE, les actions d'economies d'energie a mettre en oeuvre pour l'amelioration de la situation energetique, le plan d'actions. Differents textes de reference sont cites, dont les deux plus importants sont decrits: le referentiel francais de diagnostic energetique le plus complet (BP X 30-120) et la norme europeenne d'audit (NF EN 16247).
