The objective of this paper is to present the measures carried out by our service to improve the acceptance of courses and the satisfaction of resident students in first year all the SMS, and assess their impact through the evolution of the average value obtained from the satisfaction surveys from the 2006 also explores both the volume of generated the comments and/or suggestions, as well as its content.
